Ruth Koch is a mental health educator and National Certified Counselor. Trained in both social work and counseling, she teaches about everyday mental health issues that impact personal and family relations. A pastor’s widow, author, speaker, and consultant, Koch is the author of Prepare to Serve!, the LWML’s video study series on various mental health issues and leadership.
John D. Eckrich, M.D. founded and currently serves as Executive Director of Grace Place Lutheran Wellness Ministries, an RSO of the LCMS focused to encourage and support the health, wholeness, and invigorated service of Lutheran pastors and teachers and their spouses in making Christ’s love known to all. |
