1. Text submission should be in IBM or MAC Microsoft Word Format (Corel is acceptable but will be converted and any formatting is generally lost).

2. Electronic Images (photos and illustrations) are acceptable in the following formats: IBM & MAC Compatable: .jpg, .tif, .eps, .ai, with no less than 300 dpi. Digital Camera settings should be at the highest resolution possible (ex. 1200x1600).

3. Original Images (photos and illustrations) will be accepted but should be suitable for scanning. Glossy 4x6 photos are preferred. Printed digital photos not excepted.

4. Accepted Desktop Publishing Formats (IBM & MAC) are:
* Adobe Pagemaker
* Quark Express

5. Position requests cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to honor reasonable requests which are mechanically possible.

6. Composition on advertising set and cancelled before publication will be charged to the advertiser based on time and materials involved.

7. All advertising is subject to approval and must be consistent with the Doctrinal Teachings of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.
