Advertising Submission Requirements

- Accepted desktop publishing formats include: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Pagemaker, and Adobe PDF.

- Position requests cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to honor reasonable requests which are mechanically possible.

- Composition on advertising set and cancelation before publication will be charged based on time and materials.

- All advertising is subject to approval and must be consistent with the Doctrinal Teachings of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod.

Article Submission Requirements

- Electronic text submission should be submitted in IBM or MAC Microsoft Word. Other formats and software will be converted, please note potential for formatting lose.

- Electronic image submission (photos and illustrations) are acceptable in the following formats: Adobe PDF (preferred format, call for settings), .jpg, .tif, .eps, and .ai. A minimum of 300 dpi will be accepted for printing purposes. Set digital cameras at highest resolution settings.

- Original images (photos and illustrations) are accepted, but should be suitable for scanning purposes. Glossy 4 x 6 photographs are preferred.
