Welcome to the School Ministry section of the Michigan District Web Page!
"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6
Education is the life-long process of learning about God’s world and our role in it. Lutheran Education involves more than just our minds but works on impacting hearts with the message of Christ crucified and risen again for each of us. This message challenges us to become good citizens and make a positive difference in our world. President Teddy Roosevelt said, “To educate a person in the mind but not the morals is to educate a menace to society.” Lutheran Schools seek to assist families of over 20,000 in Michigan to become good citizens sharing Christ through their actions. Lutheran Schools are “Great places to Grow!”
