As the Director of District Facilitators, Randy is responsible for working closely with the three part-time District Facilitators to develop strong, effective working relationships with congregations, pastors, circuits, and circuit visitors. He is also responsible for assisting with new mission and ministry starts, mission renewal, pastoral transition study (inventory, survey, and pastoral profile), demographic study and counsel, and strategic planning.
